My Other Systems
My Other Systems allows you to store and personalize support for up to ten Gateway systems. After entering a serial number, you will be able to view the 'as-shipped' system configuration and other detailed information.
- Your default system will be indicated in bold after entering in a serial number(s).
- To set a different system as your default, click inside the checkbox next to the desired serial number and click 'Set Selected System As Default'.
- To add a system to this list, enter a serial number into the text box and select 'Add New Serial Number'.
- To remove a system (or systems) from this list, click inside the checkbox(es) next to the serial number and click 'Remove Selected Systems From List'.
*Please note: My Other Systems utilizes cookies stored locally and are browser-specific for each system entered. The stored information will only be visible on the system where the serial numbers were originally entered and not from other locations.
