Occasionally, an order may be delayed or back ordered. If a delay or back order occurs, we will notify you via e-mail. You will have the option to cancel delayed items, provided they have not entered the shipment process. Once your order has shipped, since the items in your order may ship from multiple locations, you may receive packages separately and at different times. Check your order status to access tracking information for all your package(s).

You may request an invoice reprint at any time within 12 months of your purchase by completing the form below. Requests made past 12 months will require a charge of $15 per invoice reprint and can only be processed for insurance, tax audits and validation of warranty.

You can request to cancel your order via e-mail if it has not entered into our shipment process. Please provide your order number and customer ID number, which are listed in the Gateway order confirmation e-mail you received.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,you may return your Gateway product or cancel unused services within 15 days of purchase. You may return your E-Series desktops and server products within 30 days or purchase.

If you are expecting a refund for returned merchandise, allow time for shipping, inspection, and up to seven additional business days to process your refund. Credits from your permanently returned merchandise will be refunded to the original form of payment.
