Open a Report
Networking with associates and colleagues can lead you in the right direction of where to advertise online. Many time, local organizations in your Industry may have a website, or a classifieds site that could be of benefit during your hiring campaign.
Step 2:  Your Chamber of Commerce

Open a Report
Check with your local Chamber of Commerce. Perhaps they off employment listings on your website, or within their offices.
  Step 3:  Local Industry Associations

Open a Report
Investigate local chapters of Industry associations to which you belong. Chances are they have a website, and would welcome a paid advertiser.
  Step 4:  Related National Associations

Open a Report
If you belong to an Industry Association with a national or international chapter, find out if they have a website or other venue that accepts employment advertising – free or for a fee. This is prime target marketing and you can rest assured that those reading your job posting are in the right Industry and know your business well.
